We are offering our advanced skills in computer aided design (CAD) drawing to those looking to renovate their own homes, fellow designers, architects or estate agents - specialising in 2D floor plans, elevations and detailed/technical designs for interiors.

Drawing Package:

Drawings to your dimensions.

If you have all the dimensions, proposed furniture and designs for your space, and simply need them drawn up professionally, look no further. All drawings include dimension labels, where applicable.

  • Includes 1 x floor plan plus elevations of each wall (5 drawings) and 1 x revision.

  • e.g. a whole ground floor. Includes, floor plan of the floor, + elevations of key areas, 9 drawings and 2 revisions.

  • e.g. a 2-storey building. Includes, floor plans of each floor, + elevations of key areas, unlimited drawings and two revisions.

All drawings in 2D. Colour can be customised if you wish.

  • Floor plan with dimensions.

    Client supplied positioning and dimensions: £50 per room.

    Designer suggestions for positioning and dimensions: £100 per room.

  • Includes additional internal detailing and dimensions.

    Client supplied dimensions: £50 per drawing.

    Designer suggestioned dimensions: £100 per drawing.

Layout Advice:

Drawings with basic design advice.

A proposed layout with universal, to-scale furniture.

If you have all your dimensions, but need some advice on layouts then this is the design service for you.

All drawings include dimensions labels, where applicable.

All drawings in 2D. Colour can be customised if you wish.

  • Includes 1 x floor plan plus elevations of each wall.

    Includes 1 x revision - additional revisions will be charged at £25 each.

Site Surveys:

In person site visit

Not able to take your own measurements, for our drawing packages, layout advice package or even our bespoke digital/online design service? Look no further, as an additional extra, we will visit your space (within London, UK only) to carry out a site survey.

Using a laser measuring device and years of experience, we will measure to accuracy, draw up by hand then use these measurements for the package you select.
