Puchase FAQs

  • Returns & Exchanges

    If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns for full refund (excluding delivery charges), or exchanges, across our ceramics and homeware collections. Returns and exchanges are accepted in line with the following conditions:

    • The buyer must return item within 21 days of delivery

    • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs

    • The buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with Samantha Danckwerts.) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

    Custom/bespoke items are non refundable.

  • Order Cancellations

    If you change your mind, we accept order cancellations, please contact us on samantha@samanthadanckwerts.com within 12 hrs of purchase. Please keep in mind if your order has already been dispatched, you'll need to follow our returns procedure.

  • Deliveries

    We offer free delivery across the UK on all orders. This service has a lead time of approx. 5 working days.

    We also offer international shipping - please contact us on samantha@samanthadanckwerts.com for a shipping quote.

    Customs and import taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.
