How it works.
As each project is unique and will have varying scopes of work, we arrange an initial call with you to assess all your needs, preferences and ideas.
We then carry out a site survey, and come up with a concept for each space. Following this, we work collaboratively with our clients to develop the design, making sure they feel fully involved, ensuring the end product is a space they can be proud to call their own.
This service also includes the designs for any joinery, lighting and electrical plans plus the onsite project management of contractors.

We will engage trusted contractors, gather quotes for comparison and liaise with them regarding the fully defined scope of works, to achieve the highest quality work.

We will define at the concept stage a list of furniture, fittings and equipment (FF&E) that you’d like us to help source. We will then present you with options throughout the detailed design stage, working within the concept for the space, to create a holistic design scheme. We will also manage all communications with suppliers and coordinate deliveries.

We will be on site at least once a week during the ‘build’ stage of the project, liaising with contractors, managing the design work outputs and ensuring smooth delivery of the works as a whole. We will keep you updated with regular communications in which ever way works best for you.
