We will work with you collaboratively to build your designs and leave you with everything you need; concepts, design drawings, contractor drawings and a FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) shopping list, so that you can create your own professionally designed, stylish space.
How it works.

Firstly we will arrange a video call with you, to get to know you, your needs and the scope of work.

We’ll then ask you to send some photos of the space, along with the dimensions - this can be a hand drawn sketch, it doesn’t need to be fancy!

We’ll then take some time to draw up the initial suggested layouts, with standard sized furniture etc. and come up with a concept scheme in the form of a moodboard for each of the spaces. 1 revision to the design is included in our pricing - further revisions may be subject to additional charges.

Once the layouts and concept are signed off by you, we will go into detailed design, presenting you with a few options of furniture and fixtures (max 2.), drawing these up and building your design.
At this stage we’ll also send you some samples in the post of any finishes we are proposing, for you to choose from.
Lastly, we’ll pass over a pack to you with all confirmed designs and a shopping list for you to follow.

Electrical Plans
If you need to tell your builder where to put light switches, plug sockets & light fittings, we can draw up your plans and do this for you for an additional fee.Joinery Drawings
Need detailed drawings of the joinery proposed to pass onto your contractor? For an additional fee, we can draw up the technical designs for both the internal and external details of the item.Procurement
As a trade we area able to receive some great trade discounts from our suppliers, but are often only able to pass these onto our clients if we manage the procurement. We are of course happy to manage this stage for you, so that you can benefit from our discounts - purchasing all items from your shopping list - but will charge a small fee to do so.N.B we may not be able to get discount on all items, though our fee will still apply if we purchase on your behalf.
Contractors
We can also able to recommend contractors to carry out the work. We will build a schedule of work to give them and manage any communications for quotation purposes - again we will charge a small fee for our time to do this.
